Helping Shropshire’s young homeless to STAY warm

LEEK UNITED BUILDING SOCIETY have very kindly offered to support Stay this winter.

FAMILIES are being urged to have a ‘post-Christmas clear-out’ to help bring some vital warmth into the lives of young homeless people in Shropshire…

Leek United is launching an appeal for donations of unwanted winter clothing for some of the county’s most vulnerable individuals.

Warm pullovers, coats, jackets, scarves, hats and gloves are all desperately needed for young males who use the STAY (Short-Term Accommodation for Young people) charity in Telford.

The appeal is part of Leek United’s ‘Winter Woollies’ campaign – a three-week drive to highlight homelessness and to ensure that the right help reaches those who need it most.

THANK YOU for supporting Stay.
